ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING OUR SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
Diversinst publishes its first Sustainability Report for 2025, marking an important step in strengthening its commitment to transparency and responsibility. The document provides an overview of the company’s performance from an economic, environmental, and social perspective, as well as its medium-term development directions.

The 2 big projects in which Diversinst is the association leader are in the phase of design and represents:
- "Establishment of an intelligent natural gas distribution system in Curtișoara, Olt County", a project of 27.6 million lei, excluding VAT, where Diversinst contributes 35%;
- "Extension of intelligent natural gas distribution networks in the city of Bălcești, Vâlcea county", project of 33.6 million lei, without VAT, with a 48% participation;
Financing is provided through the "Anghel Saligny" National Investment Program, coordinated by the Ministry of Development. The program runs from 2021-2028 with a total value of 50 billion lei. In the last 7 years, the Diversinst company has annually ensured the installation of over 200 km of pipelines for natural gas distribution and over 4,000 connections for real estate complexes.

In the more than 30 years of activity, the company has executed works in the counties of Dolj, Olt, Mehedinți, Hunedoara, Prahova, Ilfov, Bucharest, Ialomița, Brașov, Constanta, Giurgiu, Calarasi, Cluj, Gorj etc.
