Diversinst, top Romanian entrepreneurial company from Oltenia, business of over 32 million lei in 2022.

Diversinst, a leading Romanian entrepreneurial company from Oltenia, with over 30 years of experience in the field of design and execution of natural gas distribution systems and construction works of water, canals and other installations, recorded in 2022 a turnover of over 32 million lei (+40%) and a net profit of 5.2 million lei, a slight increase compared to the previous year.

The higher revenues were obtained, mainly, as a result of the advance of the activity of design and execution of natural gas distribution systems, with a weight of 80% in the total turnover.

"We have been active in the field of large-scale gas and water supply installation works for over 30 years, with a portfolio of over 50 clients nationwide. This year the market in which we operate has faced a major short-term fluctuation in the prices of materials and equipment, price increases superimposed on rising financing costs have noticeably slowed down the development of the construction and installation sector, with an impact on profit. We want to continue to perform and develop, so for 2023 we have set ourselves a 40% increase in turnover. At the same time, our goal is to reach the top 5 profile companies at the national level."

In the last 7 years, the company has ensured the installation of over 60 km of pipelines for the distribution of natural gas per year and over 2,000 connections for real estate complexes.

The most recent works carried out by Diversinst are: design and execution of works to achieve the objective "Establishment of an intelligent natural gas distribution system in the municipalities of Studina, Grădinile and Brastavătu, Olt County" - as an associate , with a total value of the works of 81.3 million lei (without VAT) and the design and execution of the works in the framework of the project "Centralized domestic sewage system with treatment plant in the village of Predești, Predești Commune, Dolj county", as association leader, with a value of works of 23.4 million lei (without VAT).
