Diversinst is a top Romanian entrepreneurial company from Oltenia, with over 30 years of experience
years in the field of design and execution of natural gas distribution systems as a main line
of business, of construction works of canal water and other related installations.
The Diversinst company was founded by the Ștefan family in 1992. Starting in 2007, the management of
was taken over by Ionuț Ștefan, currently the company's General Manager.
Diversinst has a vast portfolio of projects in the private and public system, at the national level, with
over 1,000 km of natural gas pipelines and over 15,000 installed natural gas connections (of
