"The year 2024 represented a key moment of strategic consolidation for Diversinst: we made the transition from network builder to operator status, entering the concession segment of the public natural gas distribution service. We exceeded the established objectives, managing to double our turnover. The design and execution of natural gas distribution networks remains the main growth engine, representing 80% of the business. In parallel, we are expanding our presence in complementary areas, such as land improvement works, and we are opening a new office in Constanța to support regional expansion. We have reached the top 10 companies in the field and we aim to climb to the top 5 at national level. We remain open to collaborations with strategic partners and focus on major infrastructure projects, with a concrete impact on regional development and improving the quality of life in the communities in which we operate", says Ionuț Claudiu Ștefan, Director General, Diversinst.
Operating revenues reached 136 million lei, an increase of 129%, reflecting the growth of projects through the opening of new construction sites and the streamlining of processes. The average number of employees increased by 23%, reaching 140.
Since 2024, the company has entered the concession and operation segment of natural gas distribution networks. In the last seven years, Diversinst has annually installed over 200 km of natural gas distribution pipelines and over 4,000 connections for real estate complexes.
As the association leader, Diversinst coordinates projects in advanced stages of execution regarding the establishment and expansion of intelligent natural gas distribution systems in the counties of Olt, Vâlcea, Dolj, Vrancea and Giurgiu, as well as sewage systems in the counties of Dolj and Călărași. The most recent works carried out by Diversinst serve a total of over 50,000 inhabitants.
The Diversinst company was founded by the Ștefan family in 1992. Starting with 2007, the management was taken over by Ionuț Ștefan, currently the company's General Manager. Diversinst has a vast portfolio of projects in the private and public system at national level, with over 1,500 km of natural gas pipelines and over 20,000 natural gas connections installed since its establishment.
With over 100 employees, Diversinst has a reputation for over 50 clients from different industries: Engie Romania – Distrigaz Sud Rețele; Megaconstruct – gas networks; Rockwool (basalt wool factory from Ariceștii Rahtivani, Prahova) – external networks; Clariant (bioethanol factory-Podari, Dolj) – external networks (water, gas, fire); Alro Slatina – modifications to natural gas use installations; Auchan Romania; OMV Petrom – relocation of natural gas pipelines; Ruris Impex – fire installations; Elpreco – networks; Romgaz; Dedeman; Transelectrica – maintenance, gas installations; Bekaert Slatina – natural gas installations, etc.
In its over 30 years of activity, the company has carried out works in the counties of Dolj, Olt, Mehedinți, Hunedoara, Prahova, Ilfov, Bucharest, Ialomița, Brașov, Constanța, Giurgiu, Călărași, Cluj, Gorj, etc.
